WIRED 6330 Lamar LLC, an entity formed by Women in Real Estate Development (WIRED), has acquired the 50,000-square-foot former Waddell & Reed office building at 6330 Lamar Ave. in Overland Park for $1.4 million. The deal closed July 10, 2025. The building—originally part of Trans World Airlines’ Breech Training Academy—features five two-story pods connected by a central common area. Vacant at the time of purchase, the property will undergo renovations to create smaller office suites (1,500–3,000 SF) with asking rents between $20–$22/SF.
